Speculoos Biscuits
For about 40 Biscuits
INGREDIENTS
- 200g flour
- 5g cinnamon
- 1 pinch of 4 spices (Example : bcp)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 5g baking powder
- 100g soft butter
- 80g brown vergeoise
- 50g caster sugar
- 1 yellow
- 1 tbsp of milk
METHOD
- Sift the flour, spices, salt and baking powder
- Sand the vergeoise and the butter between the palms
- Add the yolk and milk
- Then add the powders (We must obtain a smooth paste)
- Film and reserve 1 hour in the fridge
- Spread over 5mm, take out the pieces and place on baking paper 15 min 170 °
- Do not hesitate to put back in the freezer for 5 minutes if the dough is too hot and the cutting is difficult.
- Temper chocolate and dip biscuits in it.
