- 175 g dark chocolate (70-75% cocoa)

For the chocolate ganache:
- 200 ml heavy cream or coconut cream
- 200 g dark chocolate (preferably chocolate chips)
For serving (optional):
- Flaky salt
- Peeled & roasted hazelnuts
