FLOWER COOKIE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

• 235 g of 00 flour
• 145 g cold butter
• 2 medium egg yolks
• 45 g of granulated sugar
• 70 g icing sugar
• 1 vanillin
• 1 pinch of salt

To decorate

• Jams to taste q.b.
• Icing sugar to taste

PREPARATION

1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix, either by hand or in a mixer.
2. Once the pastry is ready, cover it with transparent film and let it rest for half an hour in the fridge.
3. Then form balls of 40 grams each and with your fingers make flowers.
4. Insert the jam into the flowers and complete the flower with a dot of paste in the centre.
5. Bake at 180 degrees in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.
6. Wait until they are completely cold to lift them and sprinkle with icing sugar.
