INGREDIENTS
- 150 g of T45 flour
- 75g vegetable margarine or neutral oil
- 60 g sugar
- 80 g soy yogurt
- 100 mL of vegetable milk (here soy)
- 150 g of dark chocolate
- 1/2 sachet of yeast (Baking Powder)
- 1 pinch of salt
- Chocolate chips
PREPARATION
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
- Melt the chocolate and the margarine in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
- In a salad bowl, mix the yogurt, vegetable milk, salt and melted chocolate.
- Add the flour, sugar, yeast powder, chocolate chips and mix well.
- Grease your molds and fill them 2/3 full.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Let them cool.
