Easy Chocolate Muffins Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 g of T45 flour 
  • 75g vegetable margarine or neutral oil
  • 60 g sugar
  • 80 g soy yogurt
  • 100 mL of vegetable milk (here soy)
  • 150 g of dark chocolate
  • 1/2 sachet of yeast (Baking Powder)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Chocolate chips

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Melt the chocolate and the margarine in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
  3. In a salad bowl, mix the yogurt, vegetable milk, salt and melted chocolate.
  4. Add the flour, sugar, yeast powder, chocolate chips and mix well.
  5. Grease your molds and fill them 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
  7. Let them cool.
  8. Enjoy yourself and share the recipe with your best friends!
