Vegan Brookie

INGREDIENTS

Brownie layer :

  • 125 g of dark chocolate for baking
  • 80 g of soya yogurt
  • 90 g of caster sugar
  • 75 g of vegetable margarine
  • 75 g of T55 flour

Cookie layer :

  • 165g of T55 flour
  • 40 g of soya yogurt
  • 90 g of brown sugar
  • ½ sachet of baking powder
  • 120 g of vegetable margarine
  • 125 g of chocolate chips
  • 6 g of salt


PREPARATION

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. For the brownie part, melt the chocolate with the margarine in the bain-marie or in the microwave.
  3. In a bowl, add the sugar, yogurt and melted chocolate.
  4. Then add the flour, mix well and roll out the dough in a square mold 16 cm in diameter.
  5. For the cookie part, whip the sugar and butter mixture until creamy. Add the yogurt, flour, bakingpowder, salt and chocolate chips.
  6. Mix well and place large crumbs of the preparation on the brownie layer.
  7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, watching the cooking: the blade of a knife should come out dry.
  8. Let cool and enjoy
