INGREDIENTS
- 35 g of sugar
- 125 g of T45 flour
- 90 g of orange juice
- 20 g of soya yogurt
- 40 g of vegetable oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- ½ sachet of baking powder
- Orange zest or 2 tbsp of candied orange
PREPARATION
- Preheat your oven to 180° C ,static heat
- Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and orange zest (or candied oranges). Then add the orange juice, oil and soya yogurt. Mix well so that the dough is homogeneous.
- Fill the muffin cups 2/3 full with the batter and bake for 25 minutes, watching the cooking with a knife.
- Let cool on a rack.
- Enjoy.
