Vegan orange muffins

INGREDIENTS

  • 35 g of sugar
  • 125 g of T45 flour
  • 90 g of orange juice
  • 20 g of soya yogurt
  • 40 g of vegetable oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ½ sachet of baking powder
  • Orange zest or 2 tbsp of candied orange

 

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat your oven to 180° C ,static heat
  2. Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and orange zest (or candied oranges). Then add the orange juice, oil and soya yogurt. Mix well so that the dough is homogeneous.
  3. Fill the muffin cups 2/3 full with the batter and bake for 25 minutes, watching the cooking with a knife.
  4. Let cool on a rack.
  5. Enjoy.
