INGREDIENTS
( for 6 parts)
- 50 g of vegetable margarine
- 100 g of soya yogurt
- 125 g of dark chocolate
- 30 g of sugar
- 40 g of T55 flour
- 6 to 12 squares of chocolate
- 20 g of cornstarch
PREPARATION
- Preheat your oven to 180°C ( 356 °F ).
- Melt the chocolate with the margarine in a bain-marie or in the microwave
- In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, cornstarch and yogurt.
- Add the melted chocolate and mix again
- Grease your molds, add the preparation to 1/3 of the mold, 1 to 2 squares of chocolate and cover with the dough
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes (it all depends on your oven, mine is 15 minutes), watching the cooking.
- ENJOY !!
- If you do not eat them immediately, keep them in an airtight container and reheat them just before serving.
