Example : Medovik Cake Recipe

Vegan Chocolate Coulant

INGREDIENTS

( for 6 parts)
  • 50 g of vegetable margarine
  • 100 g of soya yogurt
  • 125 g of dark chocolate
  • 30 g of sugar
  • 40 g of T55 flour
  • 6 to 12 squares of chocolate
  • 20 g of cornstarch


PREPARATION

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C  ( 356 °F ).
  2. Melt the chocolate with the margarine in a bain-marie or in the microwave
  3. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, cornstarch and yogurt.
  4. Add the melted chocolate and mix again
  5. Grease your molds, add the preparation to 1/3 of the mold, 1 to 2 squares of chocolate and cover with the dough
  6. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes (it all depends on your oven, mine is 15 minutes), watching the cooking.
  7. ENJOY !!
  8. If you do not eat them immediately, keep them in an airtight container and reheat them just before serving.
