Example : Medovik Cake Recipe
Vegan Granola Cookies

INGREDIENTS

 (For 14 cookies)

  • 35 g of sugar
  • 60 g of vegetable margarine
  • 100 g of T45 flour
  • 130 g of dark chocolate
  • 65 g of semi-wholemeal flour T110
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 4 tbsp of water (or vegetable milk)
  • A pinch of salt


PREPARATION

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients together.
  2. Add the margarine and mix.
  3. Add the tablespoons of liquid and mix to obtain a smooth dough
  4. Flatten the dough with a rolling pin between two sheets of baking paper and let stand in the fridge for 2 hours.
  5. Preheat your oven to 356 °F
  6. Cut out your cookies using a cookie cutter and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper
  7. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes.
  8. Melt the chocolate in a bain marie.
  9. Dip one side of the cookies in the chocolate and let harden
  10. Enjoy yourself !
