INGREDIENTS
(For 14 cookies)
- 35 g of sugar
- 60 g of vegetable margarine
- 100 g of T45 flour
- 130 g of dark chocolate
- 65 g of semi-wholemeal flour T110
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 4 tbsp of water (or vegetable milk)
- A pinch of salt
PREPARATION
- Mix all the dry ingredients together.
- Add the margarine and mix.
- Add the tablespoons of liquid and mix to obtain a smooth dough
- Flatten the dough with a rolling pin between two sheets of baking paper and let stand in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Preheat your oven to 356 °F
- Cut out your cookies using a cookie cutter and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper
- Bake for 13 to 15 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate in a bain marie.
- Dip one side of the cookies in the chocolate and let harden
- Enjoy yourself !
