INGREDIENTS

  • 60 g of vegetable margarine
  • 40 g of T45 flour
  • 80 g of soya yogurt
  • 50 g ground almonds
  • 60 g of icing sugar
  • ½ sachet of baking powder
  • 1 small tbsp of pistachio paste
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Some raspberries

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
  2. Melt the margarine in a double boiler or in the microwave.
  3. Mix all the ingredients together.
  4. Grease your financier molds and pour the mixture until 2/3. Place a few raspberries on top of the financiers, pushing them in slightly.
  5. Bake for about 25 minutes on rotating heat. The financiers are done when they are lightly browned and the blade of a knife comes out dry
  6. Let the financiers cool on a rack.
  7. Enjoy!
