INGREDIENTS
- 60 g of vegetable margarine
- 40 g of T45 flour
- 80 g of soya yogurt
- 50 g ground almonds
- 60 g of icing sugar
- ½ sachet of baking powder
- 1 small tbsp of pistachio paste
- 1 pinch of salt
- Some raspberries
PREPARATION
- Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
- Melt the margarine in a double boiler or in the microwave.
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Grease your financier molds and pour the mixture until 2/3. Place a few raspberries on top of the financiers, pushing them in slightly.
- Bake for about 25 minutes on rotating heat. The financiers are done when they are lightly browned and the blade of a knife comes out dry
- Let the financiers cool on a rack.
- Enjoy!
