Example : Medovik Cake Recipe
Vanilla Flan without dough pastrycatalog


  • 250g milk
  • 250g cream (or coconut cream)
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 3 eggs
  • 80g caster sugar
  • 30g cornstarch or flour


  1. Boil cream and milk
  2. Infuse the vanilla (minimum 15 minutes)
  3. Blanch the rest
  4. Pour into the saucepan and boil for 1 min, stirring constantly.
  5. Mixer
  6. Butter and flour a 16 cm mold (18 cm hinged)
  7. Leave to rest for 1 hour
  8. Bake 40 minutes at 190 °
  9. Cover with aluminum if the top is too burnt
  10. In the fridge at night for me
  11. You can obviously add a sweet dough or other
  12. Enjoy
