INGREDIENTS
- 250g milk
- 250g cream (or coconut cream)
- 1 vanilla pod
- 3 eggs
- 80g caster sugar
- 30g cornstarch or flour
METHOD
- Boil cream and milk
- Infuse the vanilla (minimum 15 minutes)
- Blanch the rest
- Pour into the saucepan and boil for 1 min, stirring constantly.
- Mixer
- Butter and flour a 16 cm mold (18 cm hinged)
- Leave to rest for 1 hour
- Bake 40 minutes at 190 °
- Cover with aluminum if the top is too burnt
- In the fridge at night for me
- You can obviously add a sweet dough or other
- Enjoy
