Coconut Fondant
- 3 eggs
- 120g sugar
- 500g of white cheese
- 150g coconut
- 70g cornflour
- Blanch eggs and sugar
- Add the white cheese
- Then coconut and cornflour
- 30 minutes at 180 °
Chocolate ganache
- Heat 100g cream and pour several times over 100g of dark chocolate
