Coconut Fondant

  • 3 eggs
  • 120g sugar
  • 500g of white cheese
  • 150g coconut
  • 70g cornflour
  1. Blanch eggs and sugar
  2. Add the white cheese
  3. Then coconut and cornflour
  4. 30 minutes at 180 °

Chocolate ganache

  • Heat 100g cream and pour several times over 100g of dark chocolate
