BISCUIT

INGREDIENTS : (Box 20cm)

  • 60g sugar
  • 120g salted butter
  • 180g flour
  • Possibility to add 1/2 tsp of baking powder

METHOD :

  1. Mix butter and sugar
  2. Add flour
  3. Homogenize by hand
  4. Spread and pack in the frame 15 min 175°

CARAMEL

INGREDIENTS :

  • 150g brown sugar
  • 175g soft butter
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk (400g)
  • 1 pinch of fleur de sel

METHOD :

  1. Melt butter and sugar
  2. Bring to the boil for 5 minutes while stirring (the caramel will brown)
  3. Add the condensed milk and bring to a boil for 10 minutes over medium-high heat.
  4. Pour over the BISCUIT
  5. Let harden a little

CHOCOLATE

INGREDIENTS :

  • 150g /200g chocolate (dark or temperate milk or not)

METHOD :

  1. Pour over the caramel
  2. Cut your squares without waiting too long for the chocolate to completely harden
