BISCUIT
INGREDIENTS : (Box 20cm)
- 60g sugar
- 120g salted butter
- 180g flour
- Possibility to add 1/2 tsp of baking powder
METHOD :
- Mix butter and sugar
- Add flour
- Homogenize by hand
- Spread and pack in the frame 15 min 175°
CARAMEL
INGREDIENTS :
- 150g brown sugar
- 175g soft butter
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk (400g)
- 1 pinch of fleur de sel
METHOD :
- Melt butter and sugar
- Bring to the boil for 5 minutes while stirring (the caramel will brown)
- Add the condensed milk and bring to a boil for 10 minutes over medium-high heat.
- Pour over the BISCUIT
- Let harden a little
CHOCOLATE
INGREDIENTS :
- 150g /200g chocolate (dark or temperate milk or not)
METHOD :
- Pour over the caramel
- Cut your squares without waiting too long for the chocolate to completely harden
