1- BEAT in small bowl until glossy and thick
- 1/2 cup aquafaba
- 1 cup sugar, added in tablespoons after mixture is foamy.
2- SIFT in medium bowl
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1/2 tsp salt
3- MELT
- 2/3 cup dark chocolate
- 80g plant butter
4- STIR into chocolate mixture
- Aquafaba + sugar mixture
- 1 tsp vanilla
5- FOLD
- Wet mix into dry mix, stopping when it’s all just mixed. Stir in
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
6- BAKE at 350 F for 20- 25 mins, checking at the 20th minute mark if toothpick comes out with sticky crumbs attached. Cool completely and then cut into pieces.
