INGREDIENTS
- 180g wheat flour
- 40g cornstarch
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 30g sugar
- 15ml orange blossom
- 20ml neutral oil
- 500ml vanilla soy milk
METHOD
- Mix all the dry ingredients
- We add the liquids, and little by little vanilla soy milk
- We finish by mixing with an immersion blender to avoid lumps
- Leave to cool for an hour
- We cook in a very hot oiled crepe pan
