INGREDIENTS
- 130g of eggs
- 180g of sugar
- 1 vanilla pod
- 100g fresh cream
- 160g flour
- 3.5g baking powder
- 60g of butter
- 15g cocoa powder
METHOD
- Follow the steps on the videos in instagram @pastry.pictures
- For the trick, dip a spatula in oil and form a line along the cake, this will allow the cake to develop well during cooking
- When you mix the eggs and the sugar, the mixture must become frothy, this is very important.
- For cooking, it's 45 minutes at 160 degrees but the best trick is to stick a knife in the cake
