INGREDIENTS : (For 8 to 10 waffles )
- 250g flour
- 400g whole milk
- 75g melted butter
- 90g egg whites
- 15g sugar (+20g vanilla sugar)
- 1g of salt
METHOD :
- Mix everything except the whites
- Let everything rest for 1 hour
- Whisk the egg whites and incorporate them into the preparation
TRICK :
- We draw our waffle maker of competition max power
- We grease the plates with a spray (too practical)
- We fill to the brim.
- Close and cook for 3 minutes and watch the coloring.
- The waffles should stick to your fingertips and crisp up if cooked enough.
