- 1 tsp kardamum
- + additional 100 g pistachios for decoration.
Mascarpone filling
- 600 g cold mascarpone
- 200 g cold creamcheese (16-18%)
- 150 g whipped cream
- 85 g icing sugar
- + 1 jar of cherries
