INGREDIENTS
For the Crust:- 350 g all-purpose flour (Type 405)
- 200 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 1 egg
- 8 g vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
For the Filling:
- 750 g well-drained quark , preferably with 20% fat content
- 4 medium-sized eggs
- 160 g sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 100 g melted butter
- 150 ml cream (liquid)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 heaping teaspoon flour
For Topping:
- 400 - 500 g rhubarb
- 2 handfuls of strawberries
