PUFF PASTRY with vanilla pudding & strawberries

INGREDIENTS

• 1 packet of pudding: *follow the instructions*
• 1 packet of puff pastry
• 1 egg yolk
• A little bit of sugar to sprinkle on the pastries before baking
• Berries of choice

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Follow the instructions on the reels, let the pastry squares rest for 10 minutes after cutting them and bake at 200C for 15 minutes.
2. Make the pudding while they’re baking in the oven. Pipe the pastries with cooled pudding. Add berries of choice, and voila!✨
