Biscoff Lotus Dessert

INGREDIENTS

• 32 Lotus Biscoff cookies
• 6 crushed Lotus Biscoff cookies

• 1 tbsp Lotus Biscoff spread

For the cream:

• 250 g Mascarpone
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 tbsp Lotus Biscoff spread (Crunchy)
• 1 packet vanilla sugar
• 400 ml whipped cream
• 2 packets whipped cream stabilizer

METHOD

1. Mix Mascarpone, Lotus spread, sugar, and vanilla sugar.
2. Add whipped cream and whipped cream stabilizer, and whip until stiff peaks form. Fill the cream into a piping bag.
3. Dip the cookies in milk and place them on a serving plate.
4. Pipe the cream over the cookies.
5. Place more cookies on top and pipe the remaining cream.
6. Sprinkle crushed cookies on top.
7. Melt the Lotus Biscoff spread in the microwave and use it for decoration.
8. Let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours before serving.
