- 2 cups oat flour or all purpose flour(I used oat)
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup org brown sugar or coconut sugar
- 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Optional: 2 scoops: collagen protein powder
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
