INGREDIENTS
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 cup milk of choice
- (I always use almond)
- 1 tsp beetroot powder
- 1.5 tbsp of greek yoghurt
- 20g protein powder*
- a few cubes of ice
- *optional if you’d like to make it more of a protein shake
