INGREDIENTS
Chocolate sponge:- 8 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 150 g flour
- 70 g cocoa powder
- 100 g yogurt or buttermilk
- 80 g vegetable oil
- 10 g baking powder
- 5 g baking soda
Cherry marmelade & syrup:
- 400 g cherries
- 120 g sugar (you can use honey)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 50 ml water
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Buttercream:
- 200 g butter - room temp
- 300 g icing sugar
- 1 tbsp Vanilla essence
Creamcheese filling:
- 400 g creamcheese
- 200 g heavy cream or double cream
- 100 g icing sugar
- 1 tbsp Vanilla essence
