Madeleine Vanilla – Hunchback

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 eggs
  • 130 g of flour
  • 40 g of milk
  • 85 g of caster sugar
  • 130 g of butter browned
  • 20 g of honey
  • 6 g of baking powder 

PREPARATION

  1. Make a brown butter. Reserve in a bowl to stop cooking.
  2. Mix the sugar, honey and the 2 previously beaten eggs. Then add the milk and mix.
  3. Sift the flour and baking powder, then incorporate it into the previous mixture.
  4. Finally, add the brown butter.
  5. Film on contact and let stand at least 1 hour in the fridge.
  6. Grease your molds
  7. Put the dough in 3/4 of the molds, no more, otherwise no bumps on the horizon 🐪.
  8. Personally, I put at 230⁰C for 6 minutes, then at 180⁰C for 5-6min, depending on the color of the madeleines!
