INGREDIENTS
- 2 eggs
- 130 g of flour
- 40 g of milk
- 85 g of caster sugar
- 130 g of butter browned
- 20 g of honey
- 6 g of baking powder
PREPARATION
- Make a brown butter. Reserve in a bowl to stop cooking.
- Mix the sugar, honey and the 2 previously beaten eggs. Then add the milk and mix.
- Sift the flour and baking powder, then incorporate it into the previous mixture.
- Finally, add the brown butter.
- Film on contact and let stand at least 1 hour in the fridge.
- Grease your molds
- Put the dough in 3/4 of the molds, no more, otherwise no bumps on the horizon 🐪.
- Personally, I put at 230⁰C for 6 minutes, then at 180⁰C for 5-6min, depending on the color of the madeleines!
