INGREDIENTS
- 66 g of icing sugar
- 66 g of softened butter
- 60 g of flour
- 50g beaten egg (approximately one egg)
PREPARATION
- Mix the softened butter with the icing sugar.
- Add the beaten egg and mix
- Incorporate the sifted flour Once the dough is ready, fill the molds then bake for 8 minutes at 180⁰C.
- Let cool before demoulding.
