INGREDIENTS
Cookies (for 6 cookies )
- 150 g of T55 flour
- 85 g vegetable margarine
- 80 g sugar
- 40 g of soy vegetable yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- 50 g of pecans
- 50 g of chocolate chips
Caramel
- 17 g sugar
- 10 g vegetable margarine
- 25 mL of vegetable liquid cream
PREPARATION
- Preheat your oven to 180 ° C, rotating heat.
- Combine the sugar and margarine while whisking the mixture. Add the yogurt, flour, salt and baking powder.
- Take a little dough, and make a small cookie on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Add some pecans and chocolate chips. Repeat until all the dough is used up.
- Bake for twenty minutes, until the cookies become golden.
- Prepare the caramel by heating the sugar in a saucepan until the sugar dissolves and turns brown. Add the margarine and the liquid cream and mix for another 2 minutes.
- Add caramel fillets on the cookies and enjoy!
