Pecan Cookies with Chocolate and Caramel

INGREDIENTS

Cookies (for 6 cookies )

  • 150 g of T55 flour
  • 85 g vegetable margarine
  • 80 g sugar
  • 40 g of soy vegetable yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 50 g of pecans
  • 50 g of chocolate chips


Caramel

  1. 17 g sugar
  2. 10 g vegetable margarine
  3. 25 mL of vegetable liquid cream


PREPARATION

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 ° C, rotating heat.
  2. Combine the sugar and margarine while whisking the mixture. Add the yogurt, flour, salt and baking powder.
  3. Take a little dough, and make a small cookie on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Add some pecans and chocolate chips. Repeat until all the dough is used up.
  4. Bake for twenty minutes, until the cookies become golden.
  5. Prepare the caramel by heating the sugar in a saucepan until the sugar dissolves and turns brown. Add the margarine and the liquid cream and mix for another 2 minutes.
  6. Add caramel fillets on the cookies and enjoy!
