INGREDIENTS
(for 15 pieces)- 125 g of T45 flour
- 80g plant-based soy yogurt
- 65g vegetable margarine
- 70 g sugar
- 30 g of vegetable milk
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tbsp of orange blossom
- 1 pinch of salt
PREPARATION
- Preheat your oven to 240 °C, static heat.
- Melt the margarine in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
- Mix the dry ingredients together then add the vegetable yogurt and the vegetable milk. Mix well.
- Add the margarine and orange blossom. Mix one last time.
- Grease your madeleine molds and fill with the dough to 3/4.
- Bake for 5 minutes at 240 °C, then continue cooking at 190 °C for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Let your madeleines cool on a rack.
