Vegan Chocolate Cookies

INGREDIENTS

(for 8 cookies)

  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g of flour
  • 100 g soy yogurt
  • 65 g sugar
  • 50 g vegetable margarine
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • Dark chocolate chips


PREPARATION

  1. Melt the chocolate with the margarine in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
  2. In a large bowl, sift the flour and add the sugar, salt, baking powder and soy yogurt. Mix well and stir in the melted chocolate.
  3. Add the chocolate chips and let sit in the fridge for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Preheat your oven to 180 °C, rotating heat.
  5. Form dough balls on baking paper and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
  6. Let cool and enjoy!
