INGREDIENTS
(for 8 cookies)
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 100 g of flour
- 100 g soy yogurt
- 65 g sugar
- 50 g vegetable margarine
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- Dark chocolate chips
PREPARATION
- Melt the chocolate with the margarine in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
- In a large bowl, sift the flour and add the sugar, salt, baking powder and soy yogurt. Mix well and stir in the melted chocolate.
- Add the chocolate chips and let sit in the fridge for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 180 °C, rotating heat.
- Form dough balls on baking paper and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Let cool and enjoy!
