Vegan Nut Brownie

INGREDIENTS

( for 9 parts )
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g of walnuts
  • 150 g flour
  • 80 g sugar
  • 125 g vegetable margarine
  • 100 g of soy yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp of cornstarch
  • A pinch of salt

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Melt the chocolate with the margarine in a bain-marie or microwave.
  3. In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, sugar and yogurt.
  4. Add the chocolate and nuts.
  5. Grease your mold and add the preparation.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
  7. Let cool for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour. 
  8. Enjoy !!
