INGREDIENTS
( for 9 parts )- 200 g dark chocolate
- 100 g of walnuts
- 150 g flour
- 80 g sugar
- 125 g vegetable margarine
- 100 g of soy yoghurt
- 2 tbsp of cornstarch
- A pinch of salt
PREPARATION
- Preheat your oven to 180 ° C.
- Melt the chocolate with the margarine in a bain-marie or microwave.
- In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, sugar and yogurt.
- Add the chocolate and nuts.
- Grease your mold and add the preparation.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Let cool for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour.
