Easiest San Sebastian Cheesecake RECIPE

CHEESECAKE:
For a shape of 20-22cmINGREDIENTS
- 800 grams of curd cheese
- 250 grams of cream 33%
- 250 grams of mascarpone cheese
- 6 eggs
- 240 grams of powdered sugar
- vanilla paste
METHOD
- We heat both cheeses so that later there are no lumps and the cheesecake is easier to knead.
- Pour the powder, eggs, punch with a blender until a homogeneous consistency.
- Add cream and pasta.
- Pour the cheesecake into a mold with two layers of baking paper.
- Bake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. The top should burn, and inside it will be very liquid.
- Let it cool at room temperature and then put it in the fridge overnight, it will become a nice curd cloud.
- Important ! Do not add any starch or flour to the cheesecake. They are not needed here, the cheesecake should remain tender and not loose.
