- 300 g cream cheese (full-fat)
- 200 g whipped cream
- 50 g Lotus spread
- 40 g powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla paste
- 4 tsp San Apart (whipping agent)
Decoration:
- Strawberries
- Raspberries
- 6 Lotus biscuits
- 30 g crushed Lotus biscuits
