- 3 eggs
- 250g powdered sugar
- 500g quark (you can also use cream cheese)
- 300g cream cheese (labne)
- 250g mascarpone (the original recipe uses 200g kaymak)
- 400ml liquid cream
- 2 packets of vanilla
- 1 tablespoon starch
- 3 tablespoons flour
