Cinnamon Rolls

INGREDIENTS

• Birch Benders Organic Original Pancake Mix⁠

Cinnamon Filling

• 1/3 cup butter, melted⁠
• 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed⁠
• 1 Tbs cinnamon⁠

⁠
Glaze

• 4 Tbs butter⁠
• 2 oz cream cheese⁠
• 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar⁠
• 1 tsp vanilla extract⁠

METHOD

1. Make filling by mixing butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. 
2. Scoop the filling into a small zip baggie and set aside. 
3. Make pancake batter according to directions. 
4. Pour batter in the pan and squeeze a spiral of the filling onto the top of the pancake. 
5. Cook and flip. 
6. Make glaze by heating the butter and cream cheese until melted. 
7. Whisk together until smooth, then whisk in powdered sugar and vanilla. 
8. Top the pancakes with glaze.
