INGREDIENTS
makes 11 balls
- 1 1/2 cups oats
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 45g (1 & 1/2 scoops) chocolate protein powder
- 1/2 cup pitted dates soaked in boiling water
- 1/3 - 1/2 cup water used to soak the dates (start with a 1/3c and add more if needed!)
- 2 heaped tbsp nut butter of choice
- Desiccated coconut to roll in
