Instructions:
Prepare the Base Layer:
- Arrange lady fingers at the bottom of your serving dish.
Prepare the Middle Layer:
- In a bowl, combine 1 cup MilkFields Milk, 390 ml MilkFields Dairy Cream, and 1 cup mascarpone cheese.
- Add condensed milk to taste, keeping in mind the sweetness of the mangoes.
- Add 1 cup mango pulp to the mixture and blend well.
- Pour the mixture over the lady fingers.
- Let this layer cool down completely before adding the top layer.
Prepare the Top Layer:
- Mix 1 cup mango pulp with 1 tsp gelatin powder (optional for smooth texture).
- If you prefer, you can skip the gelatin and use only mango pulp.
- Pour this mixture over the cooled middle layer.
Refrigerate:
- Refrigerate the dessert for a good 4-5 hours to set properly.
