Easy Mango Tiramisu RECIPE

Ingredients:

• Lady fingers
• 1 cup MilkFields Milk
• 390 ml MilkFields Dairy Cream
• 1 cup mascarpone cheese
• Condensed milk (adjust according to your sweetness level, it depends on mangoes as well)
• 1 cup Mango Pulp (grind mangoes)

Instructions:

Prepare the Base Layer:

1. Arrange lady fingers at the bottom of your serving dish.

Prepare the Middle Layer:

1. In a bowl, combine 1 cup MilkFields Milk, 390 ml MilkFields Dairy Cream, and 1 cup mascarpone cheese.
2. Add condensed milk to taste, keeping in mind the sweetness of the mangoes.
3. Add 1 cup mango pulp to the mixture and blend well.
4. Pour the mixture over the lady fingers.
5. Let this layer cool down completely before adding the top layer.

Prepare the Top Layer:

1. Mix 1 cup mango pulp with 1 tsp gelatin powder (optional for smooth texture).
2. If you prefer, you can skip the gelatin and use only mango pulp.
3. Pour this mixture over the cooled middle layer.

Refrigerate:

1. Refrigerate the dessert for a good 4-5 hours to set properly.
