- 18-20 ladyfinger biscuits
- 1-2 cups of coffee
- 3 eggs
- 250g powdered sugar
- 500g Quark (you can also use cream cheese)
- 300g cream cheese
- 250g Mascarpone (the original recipe uses 200g of clotted cream)
- 400ml liquid cream
- 2 packets of vanilla
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 50ml coffee
For the cream:
- 250g Mascarpone
- 200ml heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 packets of cream stiffener
For the topping:
- Cocoa powder
