Crust:- 150 g digestive biscuits or sweet crackers
- 200 g bastogne biscuits
- 90 g melted butter
Cheesecake filling:
- 600 g creamcheese
- 140 g creme fraiche or buttermilk (thick dairy)
- 200 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 3-4 tsp cinnamon
Creamcheese (thick icing) & assembling:
- 300 g creamcheese
- 100 ml whipping cream
- 75 g icing sugar
