Ingredients
For the Base:
- 200g biscuits of your choice
- 80g melted butter
For the Cheesecake Mixture:
- 500g cream cheese
- 250g plain yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 50g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 100g hazelnut butter
Instructions
1. Prepare the Base:
- Crush the biscuits and mix with the melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 20cm mold or cake ring.
- Bake at 170°C (338°F) for 15 minutes.
2. Prepare the Cheesecake Mixture:
- In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add the yogurt and eggs, and mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture over the pre-cooked biscuit base.
3. Bake:
- Bake the cheesecake at 150°C (302°F) for 30 minutes.
4. Chill:
- Refrigerate the cheesecake overnight.

- When ready to serve, heat the hazelnut butter for a few seconds in the microwave.
